a rainy wedding day

  August 2nd was a rainier day than any summer day had the right to be. When I woke up at 6:00am that morning, I was super buzzed. Not even the rain could dampen my spirits, because it was my wedding day ! Stephen was already in Sandy Springs, but I was up at my parents' house in North Georgia, so I had to make sure we planned for a whole hour to get down there. Well, I should have planned for two hours. The roads were slick and the air was filled with fog. I was late to my own wedding, and my hair was doomed to be poofy all day. Unfortunately, I had planned on curling it, so as you can see from the pictures, it was a little flat. Stephen and I got married on August 2nd, 2018 in the Atlanta Georgia Temple. We were so lucky to have our families there. Five of Stephen's six siblings and his parents were there, plus all of my immediate family.
